The following items are condensed from the police reports for Cleveland Police Department for Dec. 16-26:
Dec. 16, 2008
• Officer James Primeaux was dispatched to the 300 block of Campbell to investigate a report of disorderly conduct.
• Officer James Primeaux was dispatched to the 1400 block of Truman to investigate an assault.
• Officer Jake Ladwig was dispatched to the 1400 block of N. Washington after an aggravated robbery of Two Sisters Game Room was reported. This was previously reported in an earlier edition of the Advocate.
• Officer Larry Allen was dispatched to the 800 block of N. Washington after a vehicle was reported stolen.
Dec. 17, 2008
• Patrol Captain Darrel Broussard made a traffic stop at the 400 block of W. Southline. The driver was cited for failing to show proof of insurance.
• Officer Spencer Templeton was dispatched to the 300 block of Charles Barker after a person reportedly made threats of bodily assault against another person.
Dec. 18, 2008
• Officer Bluford Blankenship was dispatched to the 400 block of Southline after a person reportedly stole an 18-pack carton of beer.
• Officer Tommi Ashmore arrested Cecil Ray Bennett, 29, of Cleveland for Driving While Intoxicated.
• Officer Stephen Hodges was dispatched to the 800 block of US 59 after an 18-year-old female reportedly stole a tube of KY Lubricant from Wal-Mart. No citation was issued.
• Officer Jake Ladwig was dispatched to the 100 block of Campbell regarding an assault between two men.
• Officer Kevin Potter was dispatched to the 500 block of S. Washington after a person reportedly keyed a vehicle belonging to another person.

• Officer Stephen Hodges was dispatched to Roosevelt Street after a woman claimed to have been assaulted by her ex-boyfriend.
• Officer Jake Ladwig was dispatched to the 1600 block of N. Travis after a person reportedly made terroristic threats against someone.
• Officer Spencer Templeton was dispatched to the 700 block of Junction after a man reportedly violated a protective order and took a cell phone from an ex-girlfriend.
Dec. 20, 2008
• Officer James Primeaux was dispatched to the 200 block of Peach Street after a woman reported that she had been physically attacked by her niece.
• Officer James Primeaux arrested William Ellis Anderson, 19, of Conroe for running a stop sign.
Dec. 21, 2008
• Officer Tommi Ashmore arrested Terry Wayne Land, 52, of Cleveland on charges of Resisting Arrest, Reckless Driving, Driving While Intoxicated, Driving With an Expired Registration, and Driving With a Fictitious Registration Sticker.
• Officer Spencer Templeton was dispatched to the 400 block of Southline in reference to an assault involving bodily injury and family violence. No arrest was made.
• Officer Tommi Ashmore arrested Karen Lloyd Luedicke, 44, of Cleveland, on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated and Failing to Yield to the Right-of-Way.
Dec. 22, 2008
• Officer Kevin Cooke was dispatched to the 500 block of S. Washington after a car was reportedly burglarized and its stereo stolen.
• Officer James Primeaux was dispatched to the 400 block of W. Southline in reference to an accident. The driver of one of the vehicles fled the scene and police are trying to identify this person based on the information they have received.
Dec. 23, 2008
• Officer James Primeaux was dispatched to the corner of Washington and Southline streets in reference to an accident in which a driver fled the scene.
• Officer Jake Ladwig arrested Louvinia Matthews of Cleveland on a charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• Officer Kevin Potter was dispatched to Buffalo Too after a 16-year-old male reportedly was assaulted by an unknown male.
• Officer James Primeaux was dispatched to the 800 block of US 59 in reference to a stolen wallet.
Dec. 24, 2008
• Officer Larry Allen was dispatched to the 1200 block of N. Washington Street in reference to a person trespassing.
• Officer James Primeaux was dispatched to the 800 block of US 59 South in reference to a theft. A 17-year-old female received a citation for the theft of a men’s razor.
• Officer James Primeaux was dispatched to the 600 block of Easy Street in reference to the theft of a TV.
Dec. 25, 2008
• Officer Paul Lowrey arrested Lance Christopher Taylor, 20, of Cleveland for criminal trespass.
• Officer Jake Ladwig was dispatched to the 1200 block of Maple Street in reference to an aggravated assault. A woman accused her fiance’s mother of attacking her with knife.
• Officer Jake Ladwig arrested Jesus Oviendo, 19, of Cleveland on charges on Driving Without a License and Driving Without Insurance.

• Officer Kevin Cooke was dispatched to the 100 block of Campbell in reference to a video game system being stolen from a house.
