Meet Cookie, a 3 or 4-year-old Border Collie/Smooth Fox Terrier mix who is sweet, smart and beautiful. Cookie has gorgeous black and white fur and big brown eyes. It was her eyes that told the folks at animal control that Cookie was a special lady. Unfortunately, Cookie was dumped at Animal Control when she was very, very pregnant. She soon gave birth to 13 puppies, 11 or which survived. Now it is Cookie's turn to be the baby and to find a family filled with folks who will pamper her and give her what she, and all animals need and deserve, a loving, forever home. Could that home be yours? Cookie is an extremely gentle and mellow girl. She loves people, as well as children, does well with other dogs and will probably be okay with cats too. Cookie is heartworm tested, current on all shots and, of course, spayed. Not only that, she is also microchipped.
