Dayton moves Homecoming to Crosby game on Nov. 10
Other games being played with differing schedules

The Dayton Broncos have confirmed some football schedule changes and will play their next football game on Tuesday, Sept. 30 in Baytown against Baytown Memorial.
"I really don't understand why everybody wanted to play Tuesday, then Saturday, but that's the way the majority of the district wanted to do it, so that is how it's going to be," said head football coach and athletic director Jerry Stewart. "Seems like we could have all played this Saturday and then again next Friday, but with everybody having to do the same thing and have four days between the next two games, it's fair for everybody."
On Saturday evening the Broncos will be at home to play the North Forest Bulldogs, a team comprised of the former Golden Eagles of Smiley and Forest Brook Jaguars. That was originally scheduled for Friday night, Oct. 3,and was to be homecoming, but that event has been moved to the Crosby home game of the following week, Friday, Oct. 10. That game has also been pre-selected as the HCN Game of the Week.
Barbers Hill will travel to C.E. King to meet the Panthers on Tuesday and then be at home to face Kingwood College Park on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Hardin and Hull-Daisetta will be playing games on Friday night with the Hornets staying home to meet the Hemphill Hornets (22-2A) and the Bobcats traveling to Warren (23-2A) to meet the Warriors. Both games are slated to begin at 7:30 p.m.
